Any products that you have purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. 


How to Return or Exchange Goods

Obtain Return Authorization: We do not accept returns without a return authorization. To obtain this, it is required that you take a photo of the item and send it to our customer service email yuanxin01@cfgindustrial.com providing as much information as possible regarding your return. 

Regarding Exchange: When obtaining a return authorization, please inform us of the product SKU you would like to exchange for, so that we can register and complete the process of making up the cost difference in advance. To get the fastest exchange service, please call and purchase your new items first. Once we receive the returned goods, your account will be refunded.

Repackaging Instructions: When we approve your return/exchange, we will confirm with you to see if the packaging meets our requirements.

Products must be in their original packaging, and opened products are not eligible for return.

Federal law requires all machines using gasoline, petroleum, or other flammable liquids to discharge flammable liquids before shipment.

Covers and plugs with flammable liquids must be naturally ventilated and dried for 24 hours before transport to ensure safety. Please note: The responsibility for the violation of this law belongs to the sender of the goods.

Safe repackaging of products: All products should be packaged in their original packaging for safe transportation. kmxindustrial®️ shall not be liable for any losses caused by returns with improper packaging.

If your product is shipped back on a pallet, it needs to be secured with ropes or straps and the item must be covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent overturning and damage.

Non Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to negligence.
Products damaged due to unauthorized modification of products.
Products damaged by natural disasters.
Products damaged due to non-compliance with user manuals.
Products damaged due to natural wear and tear on worn parts such as belts and blades.
Products damaged due to use in non product design environments.
Products have been opened and are no longer wanted (non-quality related reasons)

Order Cancellation Fee

If your order has already shipped (and you have an active tracking number), order cancellation won’t be possible. Please review our return policy to start the return process.

If you ordered through a salesperson: Reach out to them directly.

If you placed your order online: Call us at 1-832-993-8676. We’ll arrange to reroute the item back to our facility, and once it’s in our possession, we’ll process your refund. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you’ve scheduled a delivery appointment with the local courier but need to cancel last minute: Simply refuse the delivery and request it be returned to the sender. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee).

Return/Exchange Fee
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for returning the product to the designated kmxindustrial return location. Alternatively, they may choose to pay a return shipping fee, and kmxindustrial will arrange a logistics company for pickup.
The return shipping fee, including the original shipping cost from the kmxindustrial warehouse to the customer, will be deducted from the refund amount.
( The one-way shipping fee for products on the website depend on the product's weight, size, delivery distance, and shipping method. )

We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the package. (Specific details may vary depending on changes in bank working hours)
