Limited Warranty Terms

Please Read and Accept Our Limited Warranty Policy Below to Continue Your Warranty Claim.

At Kmxindustrial Inc. (“Kmxindustrial” or “We”), we strive to make the warranty claim process as easy as possible. Please read the instructions below for a general overview of our warranty policy.

Kmxindustrial expressly warrants (“Limited Warranty”) to the original purchaser that for a period of one (1) year (“Limited Warranty Period”) from the date of shipment, the covered product (the "Product") will be reasonably free of material defects and workmanship when properly handled and maintained by customer. This Limited Warranty only applies to Kmxindustrial’s Products which are used, stored, and handled in the manner recommended by Kmxindustrial. The Limited Warranty is not transferable. If you are unsure whether your machine is still under warranty, please contact us during normal working hours.

Kmxindustrial will, at its discretion, repair the Product, provide a one time discount on the Product, provide replacement parts for the Product, or replace the Product, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover wear and tear or maintenance and it is solely your responsibility to replace normally worn products or parts and maintain the Product in good working order.

During the Limited Warranty Period, Kmxindustrial’s obligation as to repair or replacement shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the styles, models, products, colors, etc. of the Product that are available at the time of the repair or replacement, and shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.

Limited Warranty Repair Information

In the event We opt to repair the Product, all repairs must be carried out at an authorized Kmxindustrial® service center during the Limited Warranty Period, unless otherwise approved by Kmxindustrial in writing. You can send the Product that requires repair to one of our designated locations. If you choose to repair yourself, you will not receive any compensation or assistance from Kmxindustrial. If you need a part covered by this Limited Warranty, please contact us during normal working hours for assistance (additional fees may apply).

Important note: You can call us to inquire about service hours, business hours, business location, and availability of specific repair work before returning Product that requires repair. We do not accept returns without you contacting us first.

Please review your machine’s documentation , as all relevant content can be found in our product manual.

Returns: If We agree to accept a return under warranty, you must obtain return authorization from Kmxindustrial® by phone or email before returning a defective or damaged product. For specific warranty information about your product, please refer to your product manual (which can be found on the product support page).

To expedite the warranty process, you need to provide videos/pictures that reflect the problem and an overall condition description. Such videos, images, or text should be submitted via email to general@Kmxindustrial.com. Photos and/or videos are required for all warranty claims. A warranty claim cannot be made without an attached photo or video file that proves the issue.

Shipping: Any special freight services are not covered by this Limited Warranty but can be arranged by the customer at their own expense.

Exclusions OR Situations Not Covered Under Our Warranty:

Products must be stored, handled, installed, used and maintained in accordance with instructions provided by Kmxindustrial, and this Limited Warranty is conditioned upon compliance with all such instructions (as determined in Kmxindustrial’s sole discretion).

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

damage caused by external forces, such as weather;
normal wear and tear items, including but not limited to, blades, teeth, clutches, and parts such as PTO shafts and belts and hoses;
non-compliance with the Product’s use guide, care guide, instruction manual;
improper storage, handling, or use of the Product;
damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer's possession;
unreasonable or unintended use of Product;
minor conditions such as stains, scratches, dents, etc.; and
any modifications or alterations made in any way may by Customer.

Kmxindustrial reserves the right to reject any warranty claims in its sole discretion.

Any information or suggestion by Kmxindustrial with respect to the Products concerning applications, specifications or compliance with codes and standards is provided solely for your convenient reference and are made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. You must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to the Products for your specific application.

Ownership:

The warranty is only valid for Products purchased through retail at www.Kmxindustrial.com.
All warranties are valid only under proof of purchase.

Kmxindustrial does not provide warranty for products purchased from third parties.

Submit Product Limited Warranty Claims

At Kmxindustrial®, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple as possible. When you find that your Product is not working properly or is encountering problems, please stop the machine and call our customer support team. Our customer support staff can assist with the most common problems over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing work interruptions.

You may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty by providing Kmxindustrial with proof [the required documentation or proofs Kmxindustrial will require to honor warranty]. Please complete the claim form and ensure that all necessary photos and videos are attached. If you are unable to provide a photo or video, the claim process may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our claims department will contact you within two business days to provide a solution.

*Please note that the defective Product must be located in the Continental 48 states of the United States. Otherwise the Product may not be covered by this Limited Warranty due to its own change of address, and any shipping costs incurred must be paid by the claimant.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY Kmxindustrial IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. Kmxindustrial CAN NOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRODUCTS SOLD BY Kmxindustrial ARE SOLD ONLY TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH BY Kmxindustrial IN WRITING. OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, Kmxindustrial MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK WHATSOEVER AS TO THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED, WHETHER USED SINGULARLY OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Kmxindustrial, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR ANY FORMS OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY OTHER CLAIM, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF MONEY OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM Kmxindustrial, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE SHIPMENT, DELIVERY, OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
NO CLAIM BY THE BUYER/OWNER OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR INDEMNIFICATION, SHALL BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RESPECT TO WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED AND Kmxindustrial’S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY CLAIMS OR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RESPECT TO WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED.
